1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using ScrollMind, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Anyone below the age of independent consent in their region should use ScrollMind with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.
2. The service
ScrollMind provides app-use management features, including user-selected apps or categories, reminders, daily and per-app budgets, schedules, focus rules, personal reflection, and family or child protection. Availability may depend on your device, system version, Apple permissions, region, and subscription plan.
We may improve, add, adjust, or discontinue features. Where reasonably practical, material changes will be explained in the app, on the website, or on the store listing.
3. Responsible use
You must have lawful authority to use the device and must use ScrollMind lawfully and reasonably. You may not disrupt the product, bypass security mechanisms, interfere with the service, or use it to violate another person's privacy or rights.
Results can be affected by system scheduling, permissions, device state, and changes to third-party apps. You are responsible for the rules you create and should preserve reasonable access for work, learning, emergencies, and accessibility needs.
ScrollMind is a habit-support tool, not a medical product. It does not replace counseling, diagnosis, addiction treatment, parental care, or emergency services.
4. Subscriptions, renewal, and refunds
ScrollMind may offer free features and Plus, Family, or other auto-renewable plans. Benefits, prices, billing periods, trials, and offers are those shown by the App Store at purchase.
- Apple processes payment through your Apple ID account.
- Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the App Store terms unless canceled within Apple's required time before the current period ends.
- You can view, change, or cancel a subscription in Apple device Settings or App Store subscription management.
- Apple handles refunds under its policies. ScrollMind does not store full card details or decide App Store refund outcomes.
- Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
5. Family and child use
Family features should be configured by a parent or legal guardian. Guardians should set reasonable rules based on the child's age, health, education, and family needs, and explain the purpose of those rules.
Family features are for time boundaries, not secret surveillance, humiliation, or inappropriate punishment. ScrollMind does not reveal what a child watched, discussed, searched for, or posted. On shared devices, parents are responsible for switching modes correctly and protecting the parent passcode.
6. System limitations and disclaimers
Because of iOS/iPadOS privacy and technical limits, ScrollMind generally manages time for an entire selected app, category, or website and cannot determine the activity occurring inside a multi-purpose app. For example, it cannot distinguish chatting, working, paying, browsing Moments, or watching Channels inside WeChat.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, compatibility with every device, or a particular change in your habits. We will work to address interruptions caused by system permission changes, third-party app changes, network conditions, or other factors outside our control, without assuming liability beyond applicable law.
Intellectual property
The ScrollMind brand, interface, software, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, sell, or redistribute them without permission.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using and delete the app at any time. We may restrict access where there is unlawful use, abuse, or a security risk.
